If You’re A Beginner

If you’re are at the start of your health and wellbeing journey and overwhelmed of what to do, click the link below.
Two simple things you can do is as follows.
Write down everything you consume in both liquid and food and I mean everything, including the Coffee’s from Starbucks, finishing off the kids food, the cheeky biscuit here and there etc.
Go for a walk for at least 20 minutes every single day.
Do this for a month and let me know how you get on.
