How To Not Put Weight On Holiday

Below are 7 key aspects to help you not gain additional weight whilst on holiday.

This doesn’t mean that you have to track calories, or be in the gym for hours.

 

 

  1. remain constantly hydrated
  2. plenty of protein and fibre, reduce on bread, pastries 🥐 etc 
  3. explore by foot, move regularly, 
  4. if desired bodyweight workout 🏋️‍♀️ early. If you have access to a gym, short, sharp, pre-planned workout 
  5. enjoy views, rest & recover
  6. appreciate new flavours & tastes 
  7. spend quality time with loved ones
