One common myth is cardio is the only way to lose weight.
The most important element for fat loss is your nutrition.
Granted, Cardio is good for your cardiovascular health.
But do you feel you are constantly on the treadmill or bike, but not being mindful of your nutrition and in-turn not seeing the results you think you desire?
Granted, depending on sex, height, weight and intensity you could easily burn more than 10 calories per minute when exercising.
But how long does it take to drink a Starbucks Pumpkin latte (503 calories ) and eat a cinnamon Swirl ( 479 calories ). Both could be gone within 3 or 4 minutes.
Be mindful of what you are consuming, not just for a day or so,
monitor everything you are eating and drinking and by making just a few tweaks you should start to see a change without feeling the need to do endless cardio.
