4 Reasons Why You Can’t Lose Weight

As a nation we seem to working more sedentary jobs, have less free time, with the influx of 100’s of tv channels at our disposal we seem to be moving far less.

This is one factor why millions of people struggle to lose weight. They sit all day at a desk and just want to veg out for downtime before going to bed and repeating the viscous cycle. By adding a few 1,000 extra steps than normal will certainly aid in fat loss.


You’ve worked really hard all week and or been looking after the children and you might have even been ”good” or on a ”diet” Monday -Friday, but it’s the ”weekend” and you deserve a treat. But it isn’t just one small thing it ends up being alcohol, takeaways, feel rubbish Sunday and the whole weekend is a write off.

Poor sleep or a lack of a sleep routine leaves you feeling flat, irritable and much more likely to crave the processed, highly calorific palatable foods.

and lastly you reduce to just 1 meal a day to be ”good”, but end up finishing the kids dinner and constantly snacking on rubbish and probably adding an additional 1,000-2,000 calories without really noticing.
