Signs That You Are Stress Eating

Mindless eating, due to being stressed, overwhelmed or not as conscious as we would like to be can often see us stress eat and make poorer choices.

and several cups of caffeine / energy drinks.

Regular eating this way will leave you feeling flat, tired, sluggish and more likely to be overweight.
