Healthy Chocolate Brownies

From my timeline, it appears lots of people are struggling with cravings whilst trying to start 2023 in a healthier way.

Most people are of the belief that they have to cut everything out in order to see the results they want. This can be successful for a few weeks. But may will cave in and go back to square one within a few weeks


Try our recipe below for our healthier chocolate brownies.

These are low carb, protein brownies are a far healthier alternative than the shop bought variety.

That would be much higher in calories, sugar, fat and preservatives.

A simple recipe to get the children involved too.

1/4 cup coconut flour

1/4 cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder

3 egg whites

3 tablespoons cocoa powder

1/2 cup milk of your choice

Bake for 30 minutes at 160 Celsius.

Per serving 118 kcals, 14g protein,4g carbs, 4g fat
