You obviously don’t need to go to the gym when you’re on holiday.
You won’t lose your gains in 7 days, 10 days or even 2 weeks.
For me personally, I always like access to one or take some equipment with me as it makes me feel good.
Most gyms won’t have a great deal of equipment and or particularly heavy weights.
A good idea, with that in mind is to keep the workout short and sweet and to superset 2 movements together.
Recover and repeat for 4-5 rounds.
Have a clear idea of what you are going to do.
Rather than looking aimlessly without a plan.
I went most mornings whilst the girls where asleep ( Angelica came on this occasion)
so I wasn’t missing anytime with them and it also allowed for some ‘ me time ‘ too.
If you have a supportive partner, this is particularly important to have, even whilst away.
