Eating back the calories you ‘burn’ during your workouts is one of the biggest mistakes people make on their fat loss journey.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but your fitbit, watch etc can be highly inaccurate.
Depending on the research studies you read it can be anywhere from 40% to 80% inaccurate depending on the device.
So you think you’ve burnt 600 calories, you probably only did around 200 and then you ‘reward yourself’ with a cake, takeaway, couple of glasses of wine, or more…
and then wonder why you aren’t seeing the results you desire.
