3 2 1 Method To Live By

Here’s a useful 3,2,1 method to use that will help with your bedtime routine.



Is this something everyone is going to be able to do. For various reasons no, i.e shift workers, would find this more challenging. Working long hours etc.

The absolute 1 which I would highly recommend is no screen time an hour before bedtime.

If you eat shortly before going to bed you are not allowing your food to digest properly and much more likely to increase the probability of acid reflux, indigestion, upset stomach and alike.


Try not drinking any liquids a couple of hours before bed, especially if you are someone who gets up to use the bathroom once or a few times throughout the night.

Try these suggestions for a couple of weeks and see if your sleep is deeper and you feel more rested.
